Berry and Banana Yoghurt SmoothiePosted: August 12, 2012
After over indulging somewhat at our bbq yesterday (plus a cooked breakfast this morning, woops!!) I was really craving some fruit in order to feel a little more virtuous and healthy again!
I made my favourite smoothie. Healthy, tasty, soothing and easy! (And also pleasingly pink!) This makes enough for two;
- 1 cup of frozen red berries (I always keep some in the freezer, very handy!
- 1 large banana
- half a pint of apple juice (pineapple juice is also very good!)
- Around 5 or 6 tbsps natural yoghurt
Chuck in blender, whizz around, pour 🙂
